This early intervention program (Getting Ahead the Education Way ) provides early intervention support services to middle school students (grades 5-8) who are at risk of leaving school.  Included are individual counseling sessions, goal setting, tutoring, life skills workshops and seminars, educational field trips, and cultural enrichment activities.  The counselors work with school and community resources in providing support for families and children.
